The Role: Combining Writing Expertise with AI Innovation, you will: • Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses across various topics to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects. • Optimise AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in various contexts. • Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains. We are looking for professionals who exhibit: • basic understanding of English (need to read the instruction) and exceptional proficiency in one of the required languages: Skilled in different writing styles and style guides, with strong grammar expertise. • Passion for editing and proofreading: Enjoys refining content to create high-quality copy. • Analytical excellence • Attention to detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process. • Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision • Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models (LLMs) is a strong plus.
